To preface, I am writing this review without being asked for it... LeadProsper is a WONDERFUL platform all lead distribution companies should ABSOLUTELY consider. I have never been met with such great customer service. If you're like me and borderline stupid with minimal understanding of the technical things that distribution entails, these are your guys. They've got a bible worth of instructions and information that a 3rd grader could comprehend. You could email these guys at damn near anytime of the day, and you'll get a response faster than you could blink. In no world will they leave you hanging. 11/10 - Look no further than LeadProsper.

From their beautiful and easy to use UI, to their staff communications, and most notably their IT department that is there to help with new integrations and recommendations. Yeah, Lead Prosper has been a core part of how we run our MVA and home service lead selling and brokering operation through both our O&O and our national distribution network. The ping tree infrastructure is really solid, with real-time routing. The learning curve is very steep to set up if you're new, but after it's set up, it is pretty hands-off with an assistant. I will continue to be using this as I scale.

Lead Prosper has been one of the best, if not THE best software experience I've ever had. We use LP as our lead distribution system. The ease of setup and continued use has been an absolute dream. The customer service is world class. The Lead Prosper team goes above and beyond every single time we have an issue or a question. If you are in the affiliate or lead space, I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough.
Great product. Only wish is that the customer portal allowed custom URLs, other than that I would be very hard pressed to find fault.

Experienced in performance marketing but not so much in lead distribution using ping post, direct post, etc. I needed help in the middle of the night and their support, emailed me back and forth for hours until I was fully set up. Top tier support and the software is great!! Does it’s job with a very easy to navigate UI. Bottom line, you can’t beat a great product with GREAT support. Try them out

I find Lead Prosper's platform easy to use, which makes setting up a lead generation backend and frontend seamless. The tool and team have been incredible to work with—lead routing is pretty complex already, so LP helps us get the most value for our leads via highest bidder routing logic without needing developers or to set up software internally. It also allows us to add buyers to our stack pretty quickly. The support you get is top tier as well. I had a bunch of questions during on boarding and they helped me set up my first campaign and the CTO even replied with Loom videos walking me through the errors I was seeing and how I could fix them.
